Fan2Fan LLC, operates Fan2Fan.com, which is a social media network specifically geared towards sports. Fan2Fan.com allows users, or "fans," the ability to create profiles for the purposes of communicating with other fans. The Fan2Fan services are hosted in the United States.

By accessing or using the services of Fan2Fan, you agree to the Terms of Use outlined below, also referred to as the “Agreement.” In order to be authorized to use the Fan2Fan services, you must agree to follow all laws, rules, regulations, and the terms set forth in this Agreement, and opt-in that you have read the Terms of Use at the point of registration. Fan2Fan reserves the right to update the Terms of Use periodically. All members will be notified of any changes. Your continued use of the site will constitute agreement of the revised Terms of Use.

Your safety
Upon joining Fan2Fan, you will be prompted to select an account password. You agree that you are responsible for your account, and will not disclose your password, or use the password of another member. If you suspect fraudulent activity on the account, you agree to notify Fan2Fan immediately. If you are under the age of 18, you agree not to create a Fan2Fan account.

Account Security
You will not create an account for another person without permission. You agree not to share you password with others, or let other people use your account. We reserve the right to reclaim any usernames if they contain prohibited content, offensive language, or pose trademark issues. You agree your Fan2Fan account is for the purposes of discussing sports (professional, amateur, or personal) and that you will not use your account for commercial or monetary gain.

Use by members
Your Fan2Fan account may not be used to promote products or services that are not specifically endorsed by Fan2Fan. You agree that Fan2Fan is not a platform to promote other products and services. Content such as commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other unauthorized data collection or solicitation will result in the removal of the subject matter, and potential termination of the account. The use of third party promotion sites or software is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Content/Member Conduct
Content containing any of the following is prohibited and will be removed, and the account will be subject to termination:
• Spam, or any other unsolicited mailing to fans
• Promotes or encourages gambling
• Promotes or encourages illegal activity or behavior
• Contains nudity, promotes pornography, or other offensive subject matter
• Unauthorized collection of fan information
• Contains viruses, worms, bots, code, files, or programs that disrupt the functionality of the network, or provide unauthorized access
• Intimidate, threaten, harass, or stalk other users
• Violates privacy rights, copyrights, trademark rights, or any other rights of another person
• Photograph(s) or video(s) containing other people, without the consent of that person or persons
• Any behavior that creates legal or reputational risk for Fan2Fan
• Contains advertisements or solicitations for users to purchase or sell products or services.

Your rights regarding content The text, photos, videos, and any other content that you post on the Fan2Fan site, is owned by you. Fan2Fan provides you with the tools via privacy settings to control how your content is shared. By posting content, you agree to grant Fan2Fan a limited license to display, delete, modify, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Fan2Fan website. For the avoidance of doubt, the limited license does not allow Fan2Fan to display, delete, modify, reproduce or distribute your content beyond the Fan2Fan website.

Your Photos You agree that Fan2Fan may resize files at our discretion to meet our website parameters. (For example, if you upload a photo with an excessive file size, we may resize the file, which may cause the photo to appear less clear.) Additionally, you agree not to upload team logos, photos of celebrities and athletes. Photos that contain pornographic, offensive, hateful, or violent content are strictly prohibited. Additionally, photos impersonating others may not be uploaded. You agree that you will not post any copyrighted photos without written permission from the photographer. If photos containing any of the content listed above are uploaded, we reserve the right to refuse the photo upload or remove the photo and your account may be terminated.

Copyright In using Fan2Fan, you agree to honor the intellectual property of others. You agree not to upload, embed, post, email, or otherwise make available any material that infringes upon any copyright, patent, trademark, or other proprietary rights of any other party. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate removal of the material, and potential termination of the account.

Mobile Fans who opt in to receive sports related text messages will not incur charges from Fan2Fan, but standard text message fees from the carrier will still apply. In the event that you change your phone number, you agree that the new phone number must be updated with Fan2Fan within 24 hours to ensure that text updates are not sent to the incorrect person. To update your phone number, go to Account, then Settings.

Disputes You agree that you are responsible for any and all interactions you have on Fan2Fan. We reserve the right to become involved, if we so choose, but are under no obligation to be come involved. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Nevada. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Nevada courts to resolve any disputes.

Disclaimers The content displayed on Fan2Fan does not necessarily represent the views of Fan2Fan. Additionally, Fan2Fan can offer no guarantees as to the accuracy of the content posted. Fan2Fan is not responsible for the opinions expressed by members and takes no responsibility for any third party advertisements posted on Fan2Fan. The services offered by Fan2Fan are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Limitation on liability IN NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL FAN2FAN BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF FAN2FAN SERVICES. FAN2FAN’S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CUASE WHATSOEVER, AND REGARLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO FAN2FAN FOR THE FAN2FAN SERVICES DURING YOUR FAN2FAN MEMBERSHIP PERIOD.

Indemnification IN THE EVENT THAT A PARTY BRINGS A CLAIM AGAINST US ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF FAN2FAN, YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD FAN2FAN, OUR AFFLITIATES, SUBCONTRACTORS, AN OTHER PARTNERS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND EMPLOYEES HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND EXPENSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LEGAL FEES AND COSTS) RELATED TO THE CLAIM.

Other If any portion of these Terms of Use are deemed unenforceable, it will have no bearing on the remainder of the Agreement, which will remain full force and effect. In the event that this fail to enforce any aspect of this Agreement, it will not be considered a waiver. We reserve the right to make periodic amendments to this Agreement. In such case, we will provide you notice of an updated Terms of Use. You agree not to use any Fan2Fan trademark (including F2F) without our written permission.
